I got 3 victory tokens while fighting...what do i do with them? who i take em to? and do i get any thing good?

There is a special rewards trader for stuff, or you can save up to 250 qty and get a mask

Do some quests from Shin Jea monastry and try to collect 250 Victory tokens for a mask, don't worry, it is really easy.
